I ❤️ Brighton. Store is beautiful, staff fantastic, products wonderful. Always want one of everything. Located inside Woodfield Mall upper level across from Lord & Taylor.

They are great, have the history of the purchases. Always very helpful. They do a great job, good product and reasonably priced. I always frequent Brighton.

Great store and service. Staff are wonderful. I am a "frequent shopper" so get invited to special events and sales. However, I was there yesterday, and purchased two of the leather bracelets with a magnetic closure. I bought three charms for each bracelet, and wore one of them out of the store. About 3 hours later, when I got home, I realized that I did not have the bracelet. Looking in obvious places (car, purse, coat pockets), I did not find it. I am very sad to have lost this, and think perhaps a stronger magnet may be needed.

Nice shop with quality merchandise at reasonable prices! Located upper level out of Nordstrom’s this is a great place to find a nice gift for a friend and a gift for yourself. Staff is knowledgeable, gives good customer service and is not pushy! Well decorated store!

I’m new to this store and walked out with a cute charm bracelet! I’m excited to add to it! Great Costumer service she really listened to us! I’m like a kid in a candy store with all the charms!

Staff member was very pleasant and helpful. Went in to pick out a Valentine's gift for my wife and she helped me out tremendously with a smile on her face the entire time (despite my lack of idea and indecision). Then she gift wrapped it and sent me on my way.

I would like to recognize Pam at the Brighton Store at Woodfield for her exceptional customer service. I have been purchasing Brighton products for over 30 years, beginning with my first purchase- a belt- and have been a loyal customer since. Over the years, Pam has helped me countless times, both in person and over the phone. She is always attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful in assisting me with selecting the perfect gifts. She takes the time to beautifully wrap purchases and thoughtfully keeps me informed about sales ans new arrivals. Thanks to Pam, I have enjoyed purchasing many Brighton items over the years, including handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, luggage and shoes. Her attentiveness and outstanding customer service are truly appreciated and are a big reason I continue to shop Brighton. Thank you, Pam, for always going above and beyond. ❤️
